The point of contact for service certification in NFDI4Objects
About this assembly
This team organizes the processes of service control and service portfolio management in N4O, i.e., the evaluation, monitoring, and review of services with the aim of including, confirming, or excluding them from the N4O service portfolio (onboarding, recertification, offboarding). To this end, it is in contact with the respective service managers, i.e., the persons responsible for an individual service that is or is to become part of the N4O infrastructure.
Applications for certification of two types of services can be submitted on this page: technical and community-related services.
Technical services provide a technical and organizational solution that typically includes storage and computing services, software, processes and workflows, and the necessary personnel support for various service desks.
Community-related services ensure the structured organization and content moderation of a community discourse for the development, updating, and documentation of standards, best practices, and workflows. The results are made available in sustainable and generally accessible solutions.
